Italian Wine Professionals Class

texaswineschool_logo1

The Texas Wine School is offering the Italian Wine Profession (IWP) class this fall. The class will run Tuesdays, September 6 – November 1 from 6:30 – 9:30pm.

Why should you enroll? Italy is home to 2,000 different grape varieties, of which 350 are “common.” The labeling system is complex, and often confusing. But Italian wines are gaining in popularity, in Texas and across the country. They pair well with food, and offer a great value for both collectors and casual drinkers. Many of the better wine lists in town offer interesting wines for a great value. Learn how to recognize and buy these wines with confidence!
