Newsletter – May 2015

Dear members and friends, our E-Newsletter evolved to a completely new format. I’m glad to welcome the first issue of Passaparola Buzz 2.0. You’ll monthly receive news from us in a very easy-to-read format where you can be updated about our activities and upcoming events.

On May 2015 Expo Milano took off and we wanted to dedicate this current issue to our Food&Wine promotional events related to the mainstream Expo topic: feeding the planet – energy for life. Since the beginning of this year, we have constantly been promoting Italian authentic products by sending more than 50 Texan and US buyers to Buy Wine (Florence), Vinitaly (Verona) and Tutto Food (Milan), by hosting 27 Italian producers at Taste of Italy Houston and by receiving 8 young Italian farmers and ranchers in Texas. The first 4 months of 2015 have been incredibly busy and successful for the Chamber. We handled so many other events, trade missions or project and we got many new members that we’ll keep mentioning in the next issues.
Finally, let me underline the remarkable hospitality we experienced throughout the all State of Texas, from many different people, private and public Institutions always ready to welcome, support and appreciate Italy and Italians. Thank y’all Texan people!
