We are excited to offer something literally “off the beaten path” at this year’s Taste of Italy in Dallas at Eataly.
Jeremy Parzen, the IACC’s in-house presenter and wine educator, has led countless wine tastings and seminars over the years at Taste of Italy.
But this year, we’ve tasked Jeremy, a well-known writer and food and wine historian, to set his sights beyond his wine horizons.
On Tuesday, October 8, he’ll be giving a talk about the wonders of the Region of Lombardy.
Many American travelers know certain well-traveled regions of Italy. They may even have visited Milan or Lake Como in Lombardy.
But there’s so much more there, including off-the-beaten-path culinary destinations, winery visits, Alpine hiking and biking, luxury travel, and myriad cultural and historical sites.
