The IACC Texas is proud to once again take part in the Texas Restaurant Show, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to promoting Italian excellence within the U.S. foodservice industry.
Organized by the Texas Restaurant Association, the Texas Restaurant Show is the leading annual trade event dedicated to restaurants and foodservice professionals across the state. Established in 1937, it has grown into the largest show of its kind in the Southwest, serving an industry that includes more than 55,000 establishments and employs approximately 1.5 million people—representing 11% of Texas’ total workforce. The TRA continues to be an indispensable resource for hospitality professionals, offering education, networking, and business development opportunities.
For many years, IACC Texas has been a key participant in this prestigious event, consistently showcasing the quality, tradition, and innovation of Italian-made products. In 2026, the Chamber returns with its signature exhibition area, Piazza Italia—a dedicated space designed to highlight the very best of Italian food and beverage excellence. The event will be held in San Antonio, Texas, on July 12-13 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
Piazza Italia will feature a curated selection of authentic Italian companies, offering visitors the opportunity to discover premium products, connect with producers, and experience firsthand the richness of Italy’s culinary heritage. From artisanal specialties to innovative food concepts, the area serves as a vibrant hub for promoting Italian gastronomy and fostering new business relationships in the U.S. market.
Through its continued participation, IACC Texas strengthens its role as a bridge between Italy and the United States, supporting Italian companies in their internationalization efforts while enriching the Texas foodservice landscape with world-class products.
