To celebrate the Year of Heritage Travel and look ahead together to the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, IACC Texas organized—in collaboration with ENIT SpA and with the support of the Italian Consulate in Houston—an event featuring an engaging seminar that highlighted the wonders of Italy’s landscapes, its centuries-old traditions, and the cultural richness of the Olympic territories.
Guests enjoyed a curated selection of wines from the Olympic regions, paired with signature regional dishes crafted by renowned Houston-based Italian chef Giancarlo Ferrara (Amalfi Ristorante). It was an immersive journey through Italy’s traditions, flavors, and Olympic spirit, all in one unforgettable evening.
