Alessia graduated from University of Pisa Law School, Italy, and later added a Master's degree in Personnel Administration and Human Resources Management from University of Bologna. Alessia was International sales manager and Production planning & scheduling for a large Italian shoe company for two years before becoming Director of operations for CTT in 1997. CTT, a holding with 1200 employees, is responsible for public transportation services in the north west area of Tuscany.
Her area of responsibilities included Legal and Procurement departments, Organizational Strategy, Communications and Quality assurance for CTT group. From 2001 to 2011 Alessia has also held a board position and was legal counselor for a bus charter and travel agency company.
In January 2012 she was nominated IACC Executive Director and since December of 2017, she has been a member of the Advisory Council of the European American Investment Council (EAIC). Alessia has lived in Houston since 2009.

Maurizio is an experienced business coach and consultant, in the field of business development for Italian and American small and medium sized enterprises. He funded and managed for the last 15 years, three consulting and training firms in Italy.
He has University degree in Political Sciences and several certifications in Executive, Life, Group e Business Coaching both in Italy and in the USA.
Maurizio has huge experience in marketing, business planning and project management. He is also qualified trainer in Project Cycle Management, with more than 500 hour of training.
He moved to Texas in 2013 where he worked as business coach with Action Coach and in 2014 joined the Italy America Chamber of Commerce of Texas, where he operates as Deputy director.

Alessandra earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree with honors from the University of Naples. After passing her Bar Exam, she practiced law for firms in Milan and Naples.
Besides Italy, Alessandra has lived in Egypt, Angola and United States. This experience has enabled her to develop good communication skills by interfacing with multicultural environments in different countries.
She spent more than five years in Cairo, Egypt where she had the opportunity to join international volunteer associations. She was, also, an instructor of Italian Literature, History and Latin Language at the “Liceo Scientifico”, under the Patronage of the Italian Consulate.
Upon her return to Italy she worked as HR specialist for a Company based in Milan, providing Petroleum Engineering Service worldwide.
In 2007 Alessandra moved to Luanda, Angola for two years where she became proficient in the Portuguese Language and cooperated with a private Language School.
In 2011 Alessandra moved to Dallas and then in 2015 to Houston, Texas. She enthusiastically joined IACC at the beginning of 2016 where she currently works as Office Manager.

After earning her law degree at the Florence Court of Appeal, Francesca dedicated herself to practice law first in Livorno (1999-2001) and later (2001-2003) at the legal department of the Tenaris-Dalmine Spa Bergamo.
From 2003 to 2008 she lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she worked as an associate at the law firm Mitrani-Caballero-Ojam, specializing in corporate governance issues, reorganization, identification and distribution of corporate risk, company policies, as well as in the drafting of trade contracts for special projects and in the management of the related issues.
In early 2009 Francesca moved to Houston with her husband and two children, and in 2012 began working at the IACC Texas as Business Development Analyst gaining considerable experience in the field of business internationalization projects in various sectors including, mechanical, energy, biomedical, new technology, luxury goods, design and fashion. From 2013 to 2018 she lived in Milan where she was responsible for managing the development of the IACC Texas business on the Italian territory and in July 2018 she resumed her position in the Houston office.

After completing his doctoral thesis at U.C.L.A., including numerous years of study at the Università di Padova and the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, Jeremy moved to New York City where he became the wine writer for the magazine of La Cucina Italiana. He has written about wine for Wine & Spirits magazine, Decanter magazine, and WineSearcher.com, among other high-profile publications. Considered one of the leading U.S. experts in Italian food and wine, he published his translation of Maestro Martino's 15th-century cookery book with University of California Press and he is currently working on a translation of medieval Italian wine writer Pietro de Crescenzi. A former instructor at U.C.L.A. and at the Slow Food University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy, he is a popular speaker and presenter on the Italian food and wine circuit in the U.S. He was also the editor of the Slow Wine Guide to the Wines of North America, an expansion of the Italian guide, which he oversaw for three years. He has served as marketing specialist, consultant and emcee for the IACC for more than a decade. He lives in Houston with his wife and two daughters.
