The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas is proud to announce that next week a selected deelgation of American and Canadian journalists and food writers will explore Pavia, a historic university town in Italy's Lombardy region, roughly 40km from Milan.
This educational tour will explore the town's monuments and architecture, typical foods and local restaurants, and the neighboring area Oltrepò Pavese.
The group will also have the pleasure of attending the Autunno Pavese Food and Agriculture Trade Fair, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Pavia in celebration of the region’s food, wine, and agriculture traditions.
