For their class, Bellucci and Denari will be discussing the use of olive oil as an ingredient in cocktails and creative ways to pair olive oil with cocktails and cocktail-friendly foods. Light bites will be served as part of the session, which will be held at the Belle Époque Absinthe Lounge.
This event is part of the Tales of the Cocktail festival (now returning in a hybrid virtual/in-person format).
