For the very first time, the European Chambers of Commerce in Houston have taken the initiative to
jointly celebrate Europe Day with a Reception on May 12th, 2016.
We are honored to announce that this Reception
will take place in the prestigious Legacy Room in Houston’s City Hall.
Opening remarks will be delivered by the
Honorable Mr. Sylvester Turner, Mayor of the City of
Houston, Mrs. Elena Sgarbi, Consul General of Italy, Mr. Enric Panés Calpe, Consul
General of Spain and Ms. Anna Holliday, Honorary
Consul of Denmark.
Europe Day celebrates continuous peace and unity in the European Union.
Peace, stability and unity has brought prosperity to the European Union, which today has 28 Member States.
This Reception will bring together a mix of European
and Texan community and business leaders, including representatives from the European consular corps, officials of the City of Houston and the European and Texan business people.
You are kindly invited to join us for this special
occasion on May 12, 2016 from 6 pm to 8 pm in
Houston’s City Hall.
The cost is $25 per person for participating Chamber Members and $40 for Non-Members
Drinks and appetizers will be served by our proud member
