The True Italian Taste project is a worldwide campaign to promote authentic Italian products and quality Italian food service across the world. For six years, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce South-Central's has collaborated with other 20 countries around the world during the month of September to engage in some truly delicious events; including wine and food tasting dinners, masterclasses, and educational tours in Italy in addition to social media campaigns.
