What is Texas Marketplace in Dallas?

Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes the 2017 TRA Marketplace, organized by the Texas Restaurant Association, celebrating its 80th year and pulling out all the stops — Texas style!
Texas is one of the hottest growth markets for the restaurant industry with sales of $52.4 billion.
Restaurant industry employs 1.2 million people in more than 43,600 restaurant locations. Dallas is the red-hot epicenter of business, culture and cuisine. The city now has over 4.6 million people, boasts over 12,000 restaurants and eateries, and was ranked 11th in the country for job growth.
TRA Marketplace is where this diverse and dynamic industry comes together — where restaurateurs meet, learn and collaborate to grow their businesses and become more profitable.

5,000 industry professionals including restaurant owners and operators, purchasing agents, directors of food and beverage, catering companies, chefs, and franchisees/franchisors from national and regional chains, multi-unit independent operations, family-owned businesses, and  educational institutions attend TRA Marketplace each year.

Who can be an exhibitor?

  • Producers or distributors of authentic Italian Food&Beverage products;
  • Restaurant related equipment producers or distributors (cookware, silverware, glassware, other industrial equipment).

Presence of a company’s representative is required.

How much is the investment?

If you have already participated at Taste of Italy Houston 2017 we offer a special price $600.00 (550 EUR), all others exhibitors the price is $800.00 (750 EUR) for shared desk.

For special equipment or requests, we will provide a separate quotation.
