The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce couldn’t be more thrilled to share the news that CultureMap food editor Eric Sandler will be moderating a panel on “Pasta in Houston today” at the May 19 Authentic Italian Table/Houston Pasta Festival.
A native Houstonian, Eric got his start writing about food in Houston for the then newly launched Eater Houston. It didn’t take long for him to land the coveted spot as food editor and restaurant reviewer at CultureMap, the online lifestyle magazine that has become one of Houston’s leading food community resources.
Eric also hosts a bi-monthly segment for Houston Public Media’s “Houston Matters.”
For the immensely popular program, called “The Full Menu,” he and other top Houston-based food experts discuss what’s happening in the ever-growing Houston food scene.
And his personal podcast, “What’s Eric Eating,” enjoys a cult following among Houston foodie and restaurant insiders.
