More than 70 participants have attended the 2 Master Classes featuring authentic PDO/PGI certified products, held at the Houston Chronicle Event Center in Houston – TX on September 22, 2016. Among them, chefs, importers, restaurateurs, journalists.
Chefs from the 3 most prestigious Culinary Schools in town were part of it, demoing the preparation of excellent recipes using Italian products.

The speakers, Mrs Margareth Cicogna – with Piave cheese and Grana Padano Consortia – and Mr Federico Bolla – with Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano Consortia – presented the peculiar process of European Certification of the products that includes specific manufacturing protocols, controls, seasoning time, in order to produce the exquisite products Made in Italy.
